Our Philosophy
At Little York Bakery, we believe every baker brings something special to their work, and there are wonderful cakes available at many price points. My pricing reflects the way my cakes are made — from scratch, in a licensed commercial kitchen, using premium ingredients and produced in limited quantities. Each cake is thoughtfully crafted with attention to flavor, design, and consistency, offering a custom experience created specifically for your celebration and price point of your choice.
Our Heritage
We started Little York Bakery with the innocent dream of a child which furthered our passion for baking delicious treats that bring people together. Our recipes have been passed down for generations and we take pride in using only the finest ingredients.
Our recipes have been passed down through generations and many of the recipes were shared with me by my grandmothers, who not only taught me what I know about baking, but the love it brings to others. At Little York Bakery, we keep innovating and creating new flavors and designs for every custom order.

Signature Galette

Galettes (also known by their Italian name, "crostatas") are flat, freeform tarts baked on a baking sheet instead of in a pie or tart pan. We add just a little pastry cream under the fruit of choice to make an extra special treat! Galette choices are:

Signature Pie series

- Scratch-made, all-butter pie crust using Artisan pastry flour
- Fruit-forward filling with warm spice notes or high quality locally sourced milk based ingredients for our cream pies
- Clean, traditional lattice finish on fruit based pies.

Signature Crumb Pie

Dutch apple pie and Apple Crumb Pie are not the same pie! A Crumb Pie has a fine crumb crust, similar to that of a molasses crumb cake, but with a bottom crust and no strudel. A Dutch Crumb Pie has a sweet streusel topping instead of a pie crust.

Cake pops

Our Cake pops are vanilla, chocolate or strawberry cake that is transformed into a confectionary treat. The cake pops are dipped into a vanilla flavored white chocolate or in milk or dark chocolate.
Cake pops can be custom designed for your event or left to the creative touches of the Little York Bakery.
8" Brownies
$45
This is a chocolate brownie that has a very dense and moist texture, and tastes more like fudge! We use Belgium chocolates and real butter in our recipe to enhance the flavor and batter to provide a richer chocolate flavor. You might need to order two of them!

This custom cake roll uses a light sponge cake and filled with a luscious whipped cream or cheesecake filling. It is the perfect dessert for a small gathering or light fare after dinner.
