We do our best to provide you with the quality product, but we also wish to ensure you that we are providing you with the best service possible to fulfil your dessert request for the day's event or special occasion because it not about us, its about the dessert and the person you are celebrating, but we still need to review some basic Little York Bakery expectations:
- We do require a minimum of 5 day advance notice on all items ordered
- We will accept rush orders with a $35 additional fee to the cost of the item ordered.
- We cannot accept rush orders on our pastry items, cheesecakes, mousse cakes or cake pops. We'd love to help, but some products simply can't be compromised by the limited time to prepare them and served to you safely.
- All orders placed for a pickup within 5 day advance notice must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
- 60% deposit must be made for all further in advance orders (orders placed 8 months or more in advance) and the invoice must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event/order date.
- Orders should be placed via our website at littleyorkbakery.com or via our email at littleyorkbakery@gmail.com We require your full name, address, email and phone because we would hate to delay your order or cancel it for such a silly little thing lack of information needed to send the invoice if you didn't chose the online payment option. We know our desserts our simply fabulous darling and you don't want to miss it!
- We will not copy any artistic design in any manner created by another baker (home/cottage or otherwise) We are very creative and aww inspiring and appreciate your trust and faith in our God given talents. We will send you a sketch of our idea if you need one, upon request only.
- We will never sell, share or advertise your private information, nor will we spam your emails with advertisements. The social network is for that these days...and besides, one bite after our dessert has been tasted, you won't be able to resist us again (we hope)
